Do you have a passion to create strategic plans and move processes forward? Are you deadline driven, customer focused and love working with others? Our client in the Durham area is looking for a strong Continuous Improvement and Quality candidate who is very hands on but who also has strong reporting skills. This role will require to work 50/50 in the office and on the floor.
Requirements:
Responsible for all customer service issues, quality and warranty issues
Vendor reviews - looking at past and future activities
Conduct Kaizen initiatives and Time studies
Focus on cost savings strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years within a Quality/Continuous Improvement role
Post-Secondary education in a technical field
Six Sigma & Green Belt certification
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
HVAC experience preferred
Deadline driven and customer focused
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
