Job Description :
A member of the dynamic global Corporate Communications & Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will be responsible for contributing and overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company through the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of our digital marketing across all digital channels. The Manager will oversee the management of [Company] digital elements of the marketing mix, and will align with the offline (print, etc.) elements of the marketing plan. Responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Display, UX, optimization, etc.), branding and promotion. More specifically, the DMM will manage further development of ESCO’s external website within a SharePoint environment, social media channels and key pages of [Company] employee intranet (also on SharePoint). The DMM will be in charge of scoping the needed customizations of
www.escocorp.com based on stakeholder requirements to ensure a consistent and accessible experience across multiple sites, applications, browsers, and mobile platforms.
Job Duties:
Manage the company's digital presence, across all of [Company] digital channels
Keep
www.escocorp.com content current and continually refreshed
Maintain localized websites in multiple countries in collaboration with regional marketing managers and translation vendor
Collaborate on the initiation of a digital platform to relay current [Company] -related information to the shop floors
Define and create new web pages as needed, for both the internet and intranet
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and arrange layout based upon available space and knowledge of layout principles for the internet
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns such as display advertising, webinars and email campaigns
Support other [Company] departments, including Human Resources, Payroll, Organizational Effectiveness, IT, Engineered Products, and corporate Divisions, to ensure digital marketing plans are coordinated, aligned and meet business objectives
Manage relationships with inside and outside vendors including IT services and Web design agencies (e.g. Work with IT Department staff on back-end website support)
Gain an understanding of social media needs for the business, development and implement social media strategies for organization
Contribute to the process of information design, to ensure that content is appropriately structured to meet the goals for the site and the needs of users
Establish KPI’s, and track and monitor web statistics with Google Analytics, etc.
Implement and execute a global SEO (organic and PPC) strategy to meet specific lead generation target numbers on budget and in multiple geographies globally
Ensure
www.escocorp.com is listed in relevant indexes and directories
Assess resource needs to complete projects to aid in determining feasibility and managing incoming demand
Translate functional requirements into wireframes, mock-ups and/or prototypes to aid in communicating intended designs
Effectively manage demand/backlog for internet and employee intranet sites (make web edits and changes as requested by approved [Company] employees)
Work with SharePoint Solutions Administrator to effectively analyze functional requirements
Evaluate emerging technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, and improve user experience
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; High School diploma plus 5 years’ closely related experience considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3 years recent digital marketing experience (including 2 years as a digital or online marketing manager/specialist) required
Familiarity with SharePoint 2010 required
Advanced proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3.0, JavaScript, jQuery, and cross browser compatibility required
Proven track record in web analytics preferred
