NEW OFFICE LOCATION!! Amazing opportunity for immediate hire! [Company] has an opening for a Civil / Land Development Engineer at our Houston, TX office. As the successful candidate, you will ideally possess with 2 to 5 years of related experience in site/civil land development design. You will gain experience designing commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial properties; and/or experience with oil & gas / energy related infrastructure including pipeline projects. Individuals must possess a strong technical education, a professional demeanor, and a desire to learn. Candidates should have interest in working in a dynamic environment on both public and private land development projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related;
FE/EIT certification or PE licensure preferred;
Possess 2 to 5 years of Houston experience in site/civil design including site planning, layout, grading, drainage, and roadway design;
Strong AutoCAD design skills, Civil 3D preferred;
Knowledge of local, county and state land use regulations;
Willingness to cross train in other disciplines to include Geotechnical, Survey, Environmental and Natural Resources permitting;
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a team environment;
Position requires work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends; and,
Geographical residence preference: Houston, TX area.
