Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Infrastructure group, located in Edmonton. This position will be responsible for project management and business development on land development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities And Duties
Obtaining and managing work in the Edmonton and surrounding areas in these sectors:
Single family subdivisions
Multi-family sites
Industrial / Commercial / Institutional subdivision and site development
Preparation of proposals and other business development initiatives
Provide technical expertise to junior staff with designs for land development projects where required;
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering;
Must be registered as a Professional Engineer, or eligible for registration with APEGA;
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience;
Must possess strong presentation, and communication skills;
Must possess a proven track record in business development;
Must be both a leader and a team player.
