Description
Candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks: mobile maintenance repair, cleaning, washing, sweeping, shoveling, etc. Majority of tasks will be to assist mobile mechanics with repair work. Cleaning of mobile equipment by pressure washer; sweeping of shop area and inventory control on deliveries, in addition to PM services. This is an entry level position in which the candidate is expected to learn and develop into Mobile Mechanic role.
Qualifications
Candidates will be required and expected to :
Assist in mobile equipment repairs as required.
Operate various pieces of equipment for maintenance purposes.
Forklift operation for deliveries.
Maintains good housekeeping practices in shop area and with all equipment.
Must be willing to work a rotating schedule with varying shifts and must be punctual in adhering to established start times.
Candidates must be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements, some noise; must have ability to work independently and problem-solve while working alone or as part of a team.
