Key deliverables/actions including:
Support the Fabrication Yard team - Engineering deliverables tracking and reporting, materials management, Field Engineering tracking and reporting, tracking VDRL for logistics ready for shipment.
Work with Furnished Equipment to track tagged equipment in MEL/EDD and report status/issues to the Fabrication Superintendant.
Work with the Integration team to support input of Fabricator's data into GoCompletions
Work with Fabrication Contractor to track and report needs list to Fabrication Superintendent.
Integrate with Fabrication Contractor Materials Management team to resolve issues.
Integrate with Document Control to track and resolve any outstanding transmittals that impede Fabrication progress.
Active demonstration of General Business Principles and Code of Ethics.
HSSE Champion: Goal Zero realized.
Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements:
Experienced professional offsite fabrication and modularization coordination with a minimum of 5 years experience in oil & gas facilities.
Experience working in fabrications yards.
Strong fabrication technical, communication and coordinating skills.
Should be self motivated and a proven achiever.
Technical Diploma or equivalent.
Verifiable track record of delivery in a challenging environment.
Key Fabrication and Assembly Competences Required:
Owner coordination between EPC's and Fabricators.
Familiarity with EPC, Materials Management, Procurement and Field Engineering processes.
Implement Owner interface and Materials tracking and reporting tools.
Fabricator performance tracking and reporting.
Communication, issues escalation.
Management of change tracking and reporting.
HSSE leadership.
