Change Management Analyst
Deadline Tuesday June 28
Location: The work will be performed at Mural Street, Richmond Hill location
with occasional travel to other locations within the Greater Toronto Area.
Contract Duration: Starting August 1, 2011 to end of November 2012.
A Change Management Analyst is required immediately to support key business
transformation projects These projects include business process and role
changes as well as technology changes. The Change Analyst will work under
the direction of the Manager of Change Strategy and/or specific
Project/Functional Team Leads.
The Change Management Analyst will have experience in the following areas:
Significant experience with large projects involving complex change
management strategies and tactics.
Proven ability to champion strategies and plans with senior level sponsors.
8 years of change management / organizational alignment experience.
Excellent organization and work management skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and teambuilding.
Strong understanding of union management working relationships.
Knowledge of the Ontario electricity market would be an asset.
