Introduction:



Progressive Mining Company seeking a Social Economic Development / Social Labour Plan Manager for their operations in the Northern Cape



Minimum Requirements:



B.Sc Social Sciences
Certificate in Project Management will be an added advantage
At least 7 years’ experience working with Social and Labour Plans within the Mining Sector



Experience Required:



Experience in LED and SED Projects
Understanding of SLP’s and DTI’s Project Management
Previous working experience at DMR, DTI or Municipalities



The key areas of performance within this role will involve:



Financial and Budgetary effectiveness
Manage SED / SLP policies, strategies and procedures
Governance and Compliance Management of SLP Projects
Stakeholder Engagement and Management
