Job Description
This position will lead and oversee the cost control, planning, coordination and overall management of maintenance functions within the Maintenance Services & Utilities - Crane Repair. The areas included are mechanical, electrical, structural, and crane repair. Ability to set and achieve high levels of maintenance efficiencies are essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or technologist’s degree and/or related additional experience) in business, engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years work experience in iron and steel maintenance is required.
Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience is required.
Cost control and computer planning skills.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills.
Experience directing and supervising a unionized workforce is preferred.
