The Industrial Division

The Industrial Division works closely with skilled trades professionals across Western Canada. The companies we work with range from mid-size, private organizations, to some of the largest corporations in the country. This division handles mid to high level skilled trades roles in various industries such as: oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, and forestry. The most compelling reason to get excited about this division is the size and scope of our engagements – many of our clients ask us to source on a retained project basis, requiring many hires at the same time. We maintain great relationships with the top education facilities throughout BC in these fields, and we are continually bringing on new clients with huge goals. About Your Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role is to develop and maintain a strong base of candidates within the Skilled Trades and Industrial market that will meet or exceed the needs of our existing and projected clients for the foreseeable future. We are looking for you to develop great relationships with key influencers in the industry, and grow your reach and reputation throughout.

You will be responsible for managing recruitment engagements from end-to-end. From the initial discussions with the employer, to managing the strategy of the recruitment project and all of its key elements, to finalizing placements and following up, you will be the keystone throughout the process.

About You

You are adaptable, persevering and motivated. You have an understanding of the industry, and your no-nonsense approach to communicating is well respected by candidates, clients and peers. You always go the extra mile because you care about quality. You move quickly and understand the importance of urgency. You are a great communicator and you focus on results.
