We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to provide efficient administrative support for the Hunter Valley Mines Rescue Station. The role is diverse and offers a variety of tasks, requiring a high level of professionalism and a strong ability to organise and prioritise.
Role responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for Mines Rescue customers;
Liaise with customers and suppliers;
General office and administrative duties; and
Assist with event and function coordination.
Essential qualifications and experience:
Previous administrative experience;
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise work; and
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Certificate III in Business Administration;
Previous experience in a customer service environment;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Understanding of Mines Rescue functions; and
Knowledge of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) systems.
