Since the first office opened in 1968, we have built a reputation for providing innovative, quality solutions. From our initial strength in geotechnical engineering, our services expanded to meet the increasing range of client needs, including environmental compliance and remediation.
[Company] is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Support for the Houston, Texas office. Responsibilities will include:
Answering a multi-line phone system;
Report production (copying, binding) and assisting with formatting if needed;
Data entry as required;
Order coffee and kitchen supplies;
Order office supplies;
Sort incoming mail and handle outgoing mail and courier services;
Responsible for the file room - creation of files, filing, archiving, etc.;
Arrange travel and rental vehicles for staff; and
General administrative duties as required by Senior Administrative Staff and Operations Manager.
The candidate must be able to respond to the needs of several staff members at once, interact with all levels of staff and prioritize multiple tasks.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years reception and/or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a strong team player and be self-motivated
Must be able to learn quickly, take direction, be flexible, dependable and have a strong work ethic
